Registered Dental Assistant, NO WEEKENDS, TUESDAYS OFF!

Evolve Dentistry located in Sienna, TX is a boutique private practice looking for a positive, well organized, responsible, highly motivated Dental Assistant to add to our team. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. 2+ year experience required.

Responsibilities(but not limited to)

Assist the doctor with all dental procedures and patient charting
Take high quality radiographs
PROFICIENT IN TEMPORARY FABRICATION AND PACKING CORD!!
PROFICIENT IN SCANNING TECHNIQUES USING EQUIPMENT LIKE iTERO and MEDIT
Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
Follow all OSHA and BBP (Blood borne Pathogen) federal guidelines
Ability to complete treatment in patient management software and complete treatments
Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries like implants and wisdom teeth removal
Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, veneers and extractions
Making dental impressions
Sterilizing dental tools and equipment and weekly/monthly maintenance.
Post procedure clean-up
Chairside assisting dentists
Ability to take X-rays
Experience and proficient with intra oral scanning (iTero/Medit)
Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Active State Dental Assisting license
2+ years of hands-on Dental Assistance experience
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
