Palm Springs, CAWe are seeking a dependable, licensed dental assistant to join a well-established private dental practice that provides general dentistry for all ages. Our office has been serving patients since 2005 and is operated by one dentist in a professional, patient-focused environment. We accept all PPO insurance and medical patients, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting a wide range of dental care needs.
This is a full-time position ideal for an individual with a high school education who is ready to grow in the dental field. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. Cross-training is expected, so the right candidate should be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities may include preparing treatment rooms, assisting chairside during procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays as permitted, helping maintain accurate patient records, and supporting smooth daily office operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important.
