Dental hygienist - Mon-Thursday

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and brings excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to outstanding clinical care. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive hygiene care and supporting patient treatment with a calm, efficient, and professional approach. You will work with one patient at a time, typically spending about one hour with each patient, allowing you to deliver attentive care and build meaningful patient trust. A one-hour lunch break is provided.

Clinical duties will include air polishing, bleaching, chair side assistance, dental charting, fluoride treatment, four-handed dentistry, impressions, and patient education. Strong attention to detail and the ability to educate patients on preventive oral health are essential. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and team members and who contributes positively to a supportive office culture.

We offer parking available for convenience, along with PTO and a 401(k) as part of our benefits package. Compensation is competitive, with an hourly rate range of $55–$65, based on experience and qualifications.
