Employment Type: Part time or Full time
Schedule: Open to 1 to 4 days, Tuesday to Friday
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7 am to 5 pm (lunch 12 pm to 1 pm)
• Friday: 7 am to 3 pm (no lunch)
Pay: $60 to $70 an hour, depending on experience

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a licensed, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. You’ll provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral health, and support the dentist in delivering high-quality clinical care. If you’re patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in oral health, this is your spot.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Clinical Duties
• Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
• Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist
Patient Education
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Discuss treatment plans and reinforce the dentist’s recommendations
• Provide post-treatment care instructions
Clinical Support & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory cleanliness
• Collaborate with the dental team to keep patient flow smooth and efficient
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
• Valid Dental Hygienist license in CO
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to administer local anesthesia
Preferred
• New grads are welcome to apply!
• RDH experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Curve is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive hourly wage of $60 to $70 an hour, depending on experience
