Hi. I'd like to make a couple of points that make the case for working at one office instead of temping. (you could read this as a thought experiment, then read the following job posting):
1. By practicing your craft with the same patients over time, you can LEARN about what effect your communication and hygiene intervention has, allowing you to adapt the integrity of your approach into the future.
2. You can SHARE yourself with coworkers and make real CONNECTION with patients over a long period of time. This is how you meet your ever emerging authentic self in interaction with others, which IS relational interdependence (the most critical aspect of a happy life).
We are a small neighborhood PRIVATE PRACTICE on South Lamar Blvd with a solid reputation for patient care. We are looking for one dental hygienist to work four days a week. We do not have production goals and we do not cram the schedule. Our ideal candidate is warm and professional with a strong sense of responsibility. We offer a supportive work environment and competitive pay. Our practice has a relaxed pace with a focus on being quality community for each other. Look us up at littlehousedentistry.com and check out our reviews on google. Our patients say great things.
Please seriously consider applying.
