Dr. Jeffrey and Lisa Rouse are looking for an experienced Full-Time Front Office Team Member to join our established Prosthodontic and General Dentistry practice in the Alamo Heights/Quarry area of San Antonio.
We are a close, high-achieving team that believes exceptional dentistry begins long before a patient sits in the treatment chair. The way a patient is welcomed, the way the phone is answered, the way concerns are handled, and the way our team communicates with one another all matter.
Our front office is the heartbeat of our practice.
We are looking for someone who understands that.
Our ideal team member is confident, dependable, personable, and proactive. You don’t wait to be told every next step—you take initiative, ask questions, communicate, and look for ways to help the team succeed.
You must be able to work independently, make competent decisions, and communicate exceptionally well with both patients and team members. We value people who are open to learning, willing to be challenged, and excited to expand their understanding of comprehensive dentistry.
You may be our person if you:
• Have at least 3 years of Dental Front Office experience
• Truly enjoy connecting and communicating with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service naturally
• Understand dental procedure codes
• Have experience with insurance verification
• Are confident answering phones and managing patient communication
• Can effectively confirm and manage appointments
• Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Take initiative and anticipate what needs to happen next
• Value strong inter-team communication
• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Have PracticeWorks experience—a plus, but not required
• Want to be part of a team rather than simply have a job
Our Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Friday | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
