MaxwellO Dental is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT to join our team!

We are looking for a skilled dental professional with strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

⚠️ A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

📍 POSITION DETAILS
Position: Lead Dental Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: 10009 Broadway, Suite 107, Pearland, TX 77584
🦷 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Lead and support the dental assisting team.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.
Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
Take dental X-rays as permitted by applicable requirements.
Monitor clinical supplies and inventory.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Help coordinate clinical workflows and daily operations.
Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the office.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience — mandatory.
Previous leadership or lead dental assistant experience preferred.
Orthodontic and oral surgery experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and clinical protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude.
