Job Opportunity: Dental Hygienist – Full-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental team. Our practice focuses on General, PPO, and Private dental care, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality service and exceptional patient experiences. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering preventative and therapeutic care that enhances our patients' oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings, following established protocols to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients on oral health best practices, including proper brushing and flossing techniques, nutrition, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene, embracing a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Colorado.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with patients and team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- A passion for continuous learning, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of the practice.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time role, with a structured schedule that includes a 30-minute lunch break. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each, allowing for focused attention and care.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60.00-$65.00, based on experience (0-3 years preferred). In addition, we provide an insurance plan exclusively for PPO patients, helping you maintain optimal health while you care for others.
