Endodontist

We are seeking an Endodontist motivated and detail-oriented to join a busy, patient-focused practice environment that includes multi-doctor general dentistry along with HMO, PPO, private practice, and endodontic services. This part-time, twice a month, position is ideal for someone with a college-level education and at least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting who is ready to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to quality care and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting a fast-paced clinical and administrative environment while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence for patients and team members alike. Because our practice serves a diverse patient base across multiple types of dental care, we value adaptability, organization, and a strong commitment to excellent service.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and delivering high quality endodontic treatment, maintaining accurate records, supporting patient communication, coordinating appointments, and helping ensure smooth communication between clinical and front office teams. The right candidate will be attentive to detail, able to multitask effectively, and capable of handling responsibilities with accuracy and discretion. Experience working in a multi-doctor setting is helpful, as is familiarity with insurance-based practice operations, including HMO and PPO plans, along with private-pay patient interactions.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using dental software, handling patient information responsibly, and contributing to a smooth and efficient patient experience.

This is a part-time opportunity with a 1-hour lunch break if desired.
