We are a dynamic general dentistry practice in the Totem Lake area, seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team for a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for patient care and a strong foundation in dental procedures.
As a Dental Assistant, your role will include providing chair-side assistance during procedures, performing alginate impressions, and collaborating with our dental professionals to ensure optimal patient experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining infection control standards, sterilizing instruments, and managing dental charting. Familiarity with dental terminology, radiology procedures, and the use of instruments such as intraoral cameras and digital X-rays is essential. Proficiency in Dentrix and DEXIS software is a plus.
We provide essential personal protective equipment, including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure your safety and comfort in the workplace. With a 45-minute to 1-hour lunch break, you can recharge during your day.
