We are a small, friendly dental practice situated just outside of Austin, dedicated to providing quality care in a supportive and drama-free environment. We are actively seeking a passionate General Dentist to join our team in delivering exceptional dental services to our loyal patient base. Our office operates primarily as a single-doctor practice, catering to both Private and PPO patients, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming experience for all.
At our modern, fully digitized office, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology, including digital scanners, in-house mills, and ovens. Our dedicated team believes in continuous growth, and we encourage our staff to embrace learning and honing their skills. We pride ourselves on providing a variety of services such as crowns, fillings, and surgical procedures, including implants, wisdom teeth extractions, and IV sedation.
We are looking for a friendly, joyful, and patient-centered individual who possesses strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. While experience is valued, we are open to candidates with zero years of experience, as we believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role. A smile and sociable demeanor are essential qualities we seek in our team members!
We foster a collaborative atmosphere where each team member plays a vital role in our success. Our office is committed to providing you with personal protective equipment (PPE) including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure the safety of both our staff and our patients.
Pay based on experience.
In addition to a fulfilling professional environment, we also offer competitive hourly compensation and a 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment. With our schedule from Monday to Thursday, you’ll have ample time to enjoy your personal life while being part of a rewarding career in dentistry.
