Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough cleanings, performing periodontal assessments, providing preventative care, and educating patients about oral hygiene practices. You will also utilize cutting-edge technology, including Eaglesoft, Carestream, and Intraoral Camera systems, to enhance patient engagement and treatment outcomes. Building rapport and establishing trust with our patients will be essential to ensure they feel comfortable and informed regarding their dental health.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong familiarity with dental software applications such as Eaglesoft and Carestream.
- Proficient in the use of NOMAD Pro and Intraoral Camera technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and educate patients on their oral health.
- Must possess a degree in dental hygiene from a recognized institution.

Work Environment:

We are proud to offer a supportive work environment that prioritizes staff wellbeing. Our office provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring safety for both staff and patients. Staff parking is conveniently available at the back of the office, making your daily commute seamless. Each team member enjoys a one-hour lunch break to recharge.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers an hourly salary ranging from $40 to $50, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide generous paid time off, fostering a healthy work-life balance.
