Registered Dental Hygienist for 2-4 days per week in NW OKC

We are a respected private dental practice in search of a passionate and skilled dental hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis, 2-4 days per week. Our office caters to a diverse range of patients through services in general, pedodontics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics, all under the attentive care of a single doctor. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a calm, organized environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of our patients and staff alike.

As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will work in a moderate-paced setting with established patients. Our schedule is designed to maximize patient care while ensuring that you have the necessary time to perform your duties without the chaos often associated with larger offices. You’ll be responsible for seeing one patient at a time, spending typically 45 minutes with established recall patients and 1.5 hours on scaling/root planing cases.

The ideal candidate will possess gentle hand skills, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience. We believe a caring approach to patient care is just as essential as technical skill. Our team is characterized by a friendly atmosphere devoid of drama; we genuinely love what we do and the people we serve.

To ensure your safety and comfort, we provide high-quality personal protective equipment including goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additionally, our dental assistant can assist with room turnover, sterilization, charting, and taking X-rays, allowing you to focus on patient care.

We offer a competitive starting rate of $45/hour, alongside generous benefits, including 4 weeks of paid time off, a 401K plan, flexible scheduling, dental and orthodontic benefits, and Botox benefits. Moreover, breaks are flexible, allowing you to choose a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break to recharge.
