We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. Our practice focuses on delivering comprehensive care across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, and Private Dentistry. As a relationship-based practice, we pride ourselves on providing an environment where our hygienists can thrive and contribute to a patient-centric approach.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with each patient individually, devoting one hour per appointment to ensure they receive the highest quality of care. This structure allows you to educate patients thoroughly about their oral health, fostering strong relationships and empowering them to take charge of their dental hygiene. We believe that a collaborative approach between our hygienists and Dr. Turner is vital to achieving optimal patient outcomes, and we are looking for someone who sees themselves as a key diagnostic partner in our shared mission.
To thrive in this role, you should possess specialized skills such as Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), Intraoral Camera Mastery, Digital Radiography & CBCT, iTero or Digital Scanning, and Caries Risk Assessment (CAMBRA). Your expertise will be valued as you contribute to our practice's growth and success.
We are committed to our team’s well-being and offer competitive compensation at $50.00 per hour, along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). You will also enjoy access to an open parking area, and we provide a one-hour lunch break to ensure a balanced workday.
To qualify, you should have at least six months of experience in a dental hygiene role.
