Dental Assistant - experienced

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our modern, neighborhood general practice. Our office provides comprehensive care for adults in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We see patients for a wide range of services, including preventive dentistry, Invisalign, implant dentistry, and restorative and cosmetic treatment. As a single-doctor practice and four treatment rooms, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient, high-quality care while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a general dental office and a strong interest in supporting a broad scope of treatment. Experience with implant hardware is especially valuable, as our practice frequently works with restorative and surgical implant cases. A Coronal Polishing certificate is required. Cross-trained clinical staff are a plus, though not necessary. We value team members who are dependable, organized, and comfortable working closely with both patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, supporting patient comfort and education, preparing treatment rooms, sterilization and infection control, taking and processing records as needed, and helping maintain an efficient clinical workflow. Familiarity with iTero scanning is helpful, as we use digital scanning for most laboratory cases. The ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive patient experience is essential.

This is a full-time position in a PPO and private pay environment. We offer competitive wages in the range of $24–$28 per hour, along with healthcare insurance and paid time off. Lunch breaks are typically 30–60 minutes. Our office is located in a lively neighborhood setting, and walking or public transit is preferred; however, daily parking passes are available for public residential streets.
