What You’ll Do:
You’ll assist chairside on a wide range of rewarding procedures—from Invisalign, implants, and crowns to oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic cases. You’ll also have the opportunity to perform advanced procedures and make a real clinical impact. You’ll educate patients on their oral health and help deliver an outstanding experience at every visit.

Chairside Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and assist with a wide variety of procedures
Welcome and comfort patients—set the tone for a great visit
Take X-rays, impressions, blood pressure, and health histories
Proficient with iTero scanner
Chart accurately and maintain detailed clinical notes
Perform duties such as placing fillings, packing cord, and adjusting dentures (if applicable)
Complete lab tasks: pouring/trimming models, fabricating splints, trays, etc.
Guide patients with post-treatment instructions and follow-up care
Support hygiene and front desk teams when needed
Infection Control & Maintenance:
Maintain high standards of sterilization and operatory cleanliness
Monitor and order clinical supplies
Perform weekly and monthly equipment checks and deep cleaning
Team & Administrative Support:
Coordinate with the lab and track cases
Review upcoming appointments to ensure readiness
Assist with administrative tasks, such as phone calls or confirming appointments

Qualifications:
Current California RDA license
Current X-ray license & CPR certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a general dentistry practice
Proficient in Dentrix, Dexis, and iTero scanner
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, reliable, and patient-centered
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and assist patients as needed

Even after more than 10 years, we continue to be a face paced growing family practice. We have two Dentists here on Tuesdays, and the rest of the days we have just one. Our guiding thoughts revolve around the comfort of our patients first, the care of each other in our team next and then self. There is always something to do and we appreciate busy hands so that everyone's day is as happy, smooth and fun as can be. Our patients are kind and a lot have become friends and we see the whole family. There are 6 operatories here; 3 for hygiene and 3 for Doctors. In the next couple years we may expand within and add 2 more.
