We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our family-oriented dental practice. Our modern, upscale facility is located in the vibrant heart of Williamsburg, where we pride ourselves on combining state-of-the-art technology with a warm, personalized approach to patient care. As a part of our team, you will help foster positive dental experiences in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Position Overview:
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care to our diverse patient base, including those covered by PPO and private insurance plans. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a general dentistry setting and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in clinical outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our passionate and professional team, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and crown placements.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain effective communication with patients to explain treatment options and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive workplace environment.
- Stay current with the latest dental practices, technologies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- 1-2 years of experience in general dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Dedication to providing quality dental care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
