Clinical Coordinator $21-$27 + benefits - fee for service

We are seeking an organized RDA to join our team as our back office Clinical Coordinator. This is a very critical role within the practice. This position helps support our clinical provider, patients and flow day-to-day.

Ideal candidate will be professional and enthusiastic, well organized and able to run all aspects of the back office (sterile, hygiene assist, xrays, perio charting, turning over rooms, inventory, chairside).

We are seeking a high caliber individual, who enjoys variety in their day and autonomy in their role and loves the idea of keeping the team organized and on-track. This is a true support role and a vital role within our practice.

A licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least two years of clinical experience is preferred. We are open to speaking with other candidates and are willing to train.

7:45AM-4PM
Administrative days: Mon
Clinical days: Tue, Wed, Thurs
Closed: Fri-Sun

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative work, implants, and Clear Correct orthodontic aligners.
Deliver exceptional 5-star patient care, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and overall oral health, aligning with our whole-body wellness philosophy.
Manage dental supplies and equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Sterilization of equipment and instruments
Assisting the Dental Hygienist with x-rays, room set-up and tear down.
Preliminary impressions, casts, molds & pouring up models (lab)
Office inventory, supplies and stocking of materials, instruments, etc.
Understand and communicate insurance information, particularly regarding out-of-network benefits, to help patients navigate their coverage and financial obligations.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant license in the state of Texas
Open Dental software is a plus.
Basic understanding of dental insurance, particularly out-of-network benefits, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients about their financial responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
Professional demeanor with enthusiasm for creating a positive and welcoming environment.
