We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice! Our office has experienced significant growth since its inception last year, transforming into a dynamic group practice featuring five operatories. With a collaborative and supportive team environment, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient base that ranges from families to long-term loyal clients.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an essential role in our mission to promote optimal oral health. We value your expertise and respect your time, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional care without the feeling of being rushed. You will typically spend 60 minutes with each patient, ensuring thorough treatment and fostering strong relationships within our community. Our office is equipped with modern technology and efficient scheduling systems to enhance your workflow and patient interactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Arestin Therapy, Fluoride Treatment, scaling and root planing, and periodontal screenings, among others. Your skills in patient education and record management will be vital in helping our patients understand their treatment options and maintain excellent oral hygiene.

In terms of benefits, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $43.00 to $52.00 per hour, as well as insurance coverage, PTO, and sick time. Our lunch breaks range from 30 to 60 minutes, and we provide ample parking for your convenience.
