Experienced Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join a well-established, full-time position in a high-end dental office serving a general, single-doctor, PPO, and private patient base. Our practice has been in business for 25 years and is recognized as a state-of-the-art boutique cosmetic and implant practice. We are looking for a dependable team member with 5+ years of experience who is confident in providing excellent chair side support and patient care.

Responsibilities include chair side assistance, four-handed dentistry, dental charting, patient charting, scheduling, front office support, treatment planning, and patient recall. The ideal candidate will be skilled in alginate impressions, taking impressions, pouring models, bleaching, cord packing, nitrous oxide monitoring, vital signs monitoring, and temporary crown fabrication. Experience with crowns/assisting, crowns/preparation, root canals, extractions, implants, veneers, fixed prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, Dentrix, and Carestream is highly valued.

Additional duties include infection control, instrument sterilization, ordering supplies, and supporting expanded functions as needed. A strong understanding of patient care and attention to detail are essential.

We provide disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and N95 masks to support a safe clinical environment. Applicants should have a high school education and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
