💡 What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a dental or medical front office role, with strong understanding of patient scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment coordination.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional patient experience.
*Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and common insurance plans.
*Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and general office tools (Microsoft Office, email systems).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in handling patient records and appointments.
*Ability to explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage clearly and compassionately.
*Experience managing patient check-in/check-out processes, billing, and collections.
*Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset and a positive attitude.
*Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced front office environment.
*A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
*Commitment to learning and ongoing development.
*Experience in private practice is a plus (but not required).
