Full or Part Time Endodontics Assistant
LOCATION
Conroe, TXWe are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a small, patient-focused private and endodontic practice. This role is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in dentistry of any level, who is eager to grow in a supportive clinical environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player who works well with others, communicates clearly, and is open to constructive criticism. Because our office is small, flexibility is important. While cross-training is not a primary requirement, we do ask that you be open to learning new responsibilities as needed to help the team provide efficient, high-quality care.
Daily responsibilities may include assisting during a variety of dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supporting patient comfort, and helping maintain smooth clinical workflow. Lunch is taken in between patients, so adaptability and a positive attitude are essential.
Compensation depends on experience and motivation or willingness to learn. Benefits include PTO, 401K or Roth options, and holiday pay. Parking is available anywhere for convenience.
