Pay: $15.00 to start for those with limited experience as dental assistant. Pay can range depending on the experience of the assistant.

Dental Assistant (RDA Required)

Texas Choice Dental is a private practice seeking a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to help us provide exceptional care and service to our patients. We are currently expanding our office hours and are looking for a new team member to grow with us.

Office Hours

Monday: 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM (optional)
Tuesday – Friday: 1PM-7:30Pm
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM (optional)
Qualifications

Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities

Welcome and escort patients to treatment rooms
Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
Set up instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
Perform assigned laboratory tasks
Provide post-operative and oral hygiene instructions to patients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records
Stock and organize dental supplies as needed
Compensation

Starting at $15+/hour
Pay is based on experience and qualifications
