We are seeking a motivated and reliable front office team member to join our small but passionate staff in a full-time capacity.

As a member of our front office team, you will play a critical role in managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating insurance claims for various practice types, including General, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Private. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining our efficient operations.

We value a personable and focused approach to patient care, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. Our office is equipped with Dentrix scheduling software to streamline our processes. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including gloves and masks, ensuring a safe work environment.
