We are a group of surgeons and dentists led by a periodontist & implant surgeon. We have several surgeons and dentists. We have multiple locations and are growing. We are seeking an experienced front office professional to join our growing dental practice serving a full range of general and specialty services, including periodontics and implant surgeries, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, multi-specialty care, and multi-doctor private practice dentistry. This is a full-time position for a reliable, patient-focused individual who can help keep our office running smoothly while supporting a positive experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate has at least 5–7 years of dental office experience and a strong record of case acceptance. You should be confident using Dentrix, verifying insurance eligibility, reviewing insurance aging, submitting insurance claims, and handling Dentrix treatment planning. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to present treatment plans clearly, collect copayments and patient portions, and discuss difficult financial topics with professionalism and empathy.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a busy, growing practice and values teamwork. Our office includes a knowledgeable and supportive staff committed to making dental care as simple and comfortable as possible. We offer 401K and some extra perks if you are qualified. Compensation is hourly with goal revenue expectations. Two weeks of working interviews and a 3-month probationary period are required.
