Smiles by Pai is a premier, brand-new cosmetic dental practice opening in the iconic Tiffany Building in Union Square. Led by Dr. Nidhi Pai, our state-of-the-art office is surrounded by breathtaking city views and fueled by a high-energy, positive atmosphere. We focus exclusively on high-end smile makeovers, blending clinical artistry with an elevated, luxury patient experience.

An Exciting Startup Opportunity
This is not your average dental office role. Dr. Pai is also the founder of ZERObrush, the most disruptive new product launching in the dental care space. Because we are a startup practice, we are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable professional to be our foundational team member. In addition to clinical and administrative duties, you will have a front-row seat and an active role in the exciting launch of the ZERObrush brand.

Key Responsibilities
Since we are building our team from the ground up, this full-time role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between the front desk and the clinical back office.

Back Office: Assist Dr. Pai chairside during cosmetic procedures and smile makeovers, take high-quality digital X-rays, sterilize equipment, and prepare treatment rooms.

Front Office: Serve as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering five-star customer service, managing the schedule, handling patient communications, and coordinating treatment plans.

Startup & Product Launch: Support the daily operations of a growing startup practice and assist with exciting initiatives related to the launch of ZERObrush.

Qualifications & Skills
Required: A valid and current X-ray license.

Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming, and polished demeanor.

Adaptability: A proactive, "can-do" attitude perfect for a startup environment where you will wear multiple hats.

Experience: Prior experience in both dental assisting and front office duties is highly preferred, especially in a cosmetic or fee-for-service environment.
