Associate Dentist ( Part time or Full time
LOCATION
Frisco, TXAssociate Dentist – Growth Opportunity (Frisco, TX)
Panther Creek Dental is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Dentist who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a practice that’s continuing to grow.
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates (2–4 days per week).
Schedule
We offer a consistent schedule with a strong focus on work-life balance:
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation
Percentage of collections or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher)
Competitive and structured for long-term growth

Our Approach
We practice conservative, comprehensive dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient relationships and long-term outcomes. This is not a high-volume, production-over-everything environment.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced general dentist
Comfortable with molar endo and surgical extractions (strongly preferred)
Confident in diagnosis and treatment planning
Takes initiative and works well independently
Communicates well with patients and team
Values accountability, teamwork, and high standards
Interested in growing with the practice long-term
