About the Role:

As a dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in the patient care experience. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting oral screenings, and educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices. You will work closely with our dentists and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapies.
- Assess patients’ oral health and identify any areas of concern.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as necessary.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications:

- A valid dental hygiene license in the state.
- An associate’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene.
