Position Overview: We seek a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on dental hygiene advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Valid state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Associate’s degree in dental Hygiene (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records is a plus.
