Silverado Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Napa, California!
We welcome qualified RDAs at all experience levels who are passionate about dentistry, take pride in their work, and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. We are seeking someone interested in a full-time position but are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during dental procedures and provide excellent chairside support.
Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Take dental X-rays and perform duties within the scope of your California RDA license.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Follow infection control, sterilization, and workplace safety protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
All qualified RDAs are encouraged to apply, including newer professionals.
What We Offer
Annual salary of $57,000–$62,000, based on qualifications and experience.
