Registered Dental Hygienist – PT or FT | $55–$70/hr | Westerville

We are a growing dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a FT or PT role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative office environment. Any experience level is welcome to apply, making this a great fit for recent graduates as well as experienced hygienists looking for a positive and supportive workplace.

You will work one patient at a time, with a scheduling structure designed to support excellent care and strong clinical outcomes. Appointment times are typically 1 hour for recare, 1.5 hours for new patients, and 1.5 hours for SRP/side.

We value efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who brings strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate chairside manner. The ideal candidate will be confident in performing hygiene procedures, patient education, and preventive care while contributing to a smooth and organized workflow.

This role includes a 30–60 minute lunch break, and parking is available behind the office in the staff parking lot for added convenience. Compensation for this position is $55–70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
