Our established private dental practice, serving the community for over 25 years, is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our dynamic team of professionals. In our practice, you will work alongside two exceptional dentists and a team of five experienced hygienists. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to expand your skills, our environment offers invaluable mentorship. Each hygienist in our office enjoys the benefits of having their own cassettes, new Cavitrons, Nu-Pro Freedom cordless polishers, Nu-Bird HVE mirror systems, and advanced laser technology to ensure that you have the tools you need to excel.

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive hygiene care to our patients, spending one hour with existing patients and two hours for new patients. We appreciate the importance of a work-life balance and offer an enjoyable work schedule as well as a designated one-hour lunch break.

As part of our commitment to safety, our office is equipped with a Vidashield UV-C air purification system, which effectively removes bacteria, fungi, and viruses every 15 minutes. You will also receive extensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and Nu-Bird suction mirrors.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $103,000 to $123,000, along with generous benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) with matching, medical reimbursement towards insurance premiums, scrub allowances, Costco membership, and continuing education assistance.

We have 2 amazing dentists, 5 hygienists, 4 assistants, a hygiene/sterilization assistant and several admin professionals. Our office is compassionate, hardworking and likes to have fun while providing top-notch care.
