Sterile Technician (Entry-Level) — No Experience Necessary, Room to Grow!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Sterile Technician to join our team! This role is essential to the safety, efficiency, and elevated experience we provide every patient. No dental experience required — we'll train you from day one, with real opportunities to grow into a Dental Assistant role over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments (ultrasonic cleaners and autoclaves) following OSHA and CDC infection control standards
Run and log sterilization cycles, including biological/spore testing
Assemble and wrap instrument cassettes and trays for each procedure
Turn over and restock treatment rooms between patients with precision and speed
Keep the sterilization area and supply rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
Track dental supply inventory and flag items to reorder
Properly handle and dispose of biohazard waste per protocol
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, high-end experience
