Hygienist

We are seeking an experienced dental hygiene professional to join a well-established, team-oriented practice that has proudly served patients since 2000. Our office is built on long-term relationships, clinical excellence, and a supportive culture where many team members have been part of the practice for over 23 years. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy multi-doctor setting with 10 operatories, including 6 dedicated hygiene operatories. The practice serves a diverse patient base across General, Pedodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, PPO, Private, and Corporate care models. You will work closely with two highly respected doctors and be part of a team that is committed to providing high-quality care with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience and is comfortable delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Strong technical skills are essential, including iTero scanning, taking diagnostic x-rays, and proficiency with Eaglesoft software. You should be confident working with one patient at a time and able to provide thorough, personalized care while maintaining a smooth workflow throughout the day.

Responsibilities include performing preventive hygiene procedures, supporting comprehensive oral health education, accurately documenting patient records, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure excellent treatment experiences. This role also requires adaptability and a willingness to assist the team when coworkers are out of the office or taking vacation, helping maintain the strong sense of teamwork that defines our practice.
