Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, 4 Days/Week) Location: East Norriton, PA

Schedule & Hours ● Monday – Thursday.
● Schedule: 7:30 a.m. morning huddle (first patient at 8:00) – 4:00 p.m.
○ Occasional flexibility until 5:00 p.m. for after-work patients is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care with one-hour appointments
● Review treatment plans and collaborate with doctors on patient findings
● Provide patient education on oral health, home care, and product recommendations (e.g.,
water flossers, electric toothbrushes)
● Perform comfortable Cavitron ultrasonic scaling and change the “minimal hand scaling” to hand scaling as needed
● Take and evaluate digital X-rays and chart in Eaglesoft
● Assist with Zoom whitening treatments and recommend home-care products
● Support a team-oriented environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
● Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
● 1–3 years of clinical hygiene experience (strong new graduates welcome)
● Laser and local anesthesia certification preferred but not required
● Excellent communication and patient-education skills
● Empathetic, team-oriented, and professional
● Comfortable using Cavitron and digital charting (Eaglesoft)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Prosthodontic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in supporting both providers and patients throughout complex restorative and surgical procedures to join our team in East Norriton, PA. The ideal candidate will be required to be X-Ray Certified, and have experience with chairside assisting, dental prophylaxis, coronal polishing, temporary crowns, dentures, crowns, implants, oral surgery, treatment planning, x-rays, patient satisfaction, patient charting, infection control, and sterilization. Experience with Prosthodontics would be great!
Key Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during dental surgeries, including implant placement, extractions, and prosthesis removal/placement
Anticipating the needs of the doctor to ensure efficient workflow during procedures
Accurate and thorough charting in compliance with state regulations and practice protocols
Seating and dismissing patients with professionalism and care
Patient education and communication regarding procedures, home care, and post-operative instructions
Conducting post-op follow-up calls and addressing patient concerns
Preparing and organizing treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials
Supporting the clinical team with treatment planning and day-to-day scheduling logistics
Maintaining sterilization protocols and assisting with lab case coordination
Requirements:
Certification in radiology in accordance with Pennsylvania state law
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role (prosthodontics or surgical experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and reassure patients
High level of organization, initiative, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care and a positive attitude
