Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and implement preventive care measures.
- Provide individualized patient education to promote oral health and hygiene practices.
- Conduct thorough cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with the dentist for optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:
- Valid dental hygiene license.
- Strong knowledge of current dental hygiene practices and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of our cohesive team.

Work Schedule:
- This part-time position offers flexibility with hours from Monday to Thursday. You will have the opportunity to care for one patient at a time, ensuring each individual receives focused attention, typically for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work. This position offers an hourly pay rate along with benefits, including paid holidays, earned vacation time, medical stipend, gym membership stipend, and an IRA plan.
