Full time RDH needed (4-5 days a week)

Join a well established dental office that is expanding and looking to add a dedicated dental hygienist to the team. This Full-time and Part time opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys providing high-quality preventive care in a General practice and values a supportive, patient-focused environment. We are seeking someone with 1 year of experience who is confident, dependable, and committed to excellent clinical and interpersonal care.

In this role, you will work with one patient at a time and typically spend 30 to 45 minutes with each patient, allowing you to deliver thorough hygiene services and personalized education. Daily responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, taking and reviewing patient histories, charting findings, assisting with periodontal assessments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care. You will also help support smooth clinical flow and maintain accurate records while working closely with the dental team.

The position includes a 30-minute lunch break, and parking is available with pay parking available. For your safety and patient protection, the office provides disposable gowns, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. The practice is committed to maintaining a clean, professional environment where team members can do their best work.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a caring demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional chairside presence. A college-level education and relevant hygiene training are expected, along with a strong understanding of routine dental hygiene procedures and patient care standards.
