We are currently seeking:

* Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-time or Part-time

🦷 About Our Practice:
* Location: 1 office, 8 operatories
* Team: 2 experienced doctors, 2 dental assistants, 3 hygienists (used to have 5), amazing front office team
* 30 years of patient trust and excellence
* Strong focus on patient comfort, communication, and co-diagnosis
* Many of our patients work in healthcare they value quality and professionalism

🔧 Technology & Tools:
* Dentrix (ideal, not required – we’ll train)
* Dexis, iTero, LUMNIS intraoral scanner
* Each hygienist has their own ultrasonic scaler & sensor
* NO assisted hygiene
* Allergeneic and laser slowly integrated
* Nitrous – ideally certified
* Local anesthesia – nice to have, not required
* We provide uniforms (FIGS + jackets) & scrub allowance twice a year

💼 Positions & Responsibilities:
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH):
* Flexible: Open to part-time (2+ days/week) or full-time
* 7–8 patients per day – your schedule, your call
* Adults: 1-hour appointments | New Patients: 90 mins
* Children: Minimal (10/month) | Ortho: 30–60 mins
* SRPs: Hygienist determines time needed
* No production pressure, just high-quality care
* Long-standing hygienist team – one has been here 15+ years
* Must be confident, independent, and proactive – no micromanaging
🕒 Office Hours:
* Monday: 9am – 5pm
* Tuesday: 10am – 6pm
* Wednesday/Thursday: 9am – 5pm
* Friday: Only open 1 Friday/month (optional, great for temps)
Start at 8:30am, out a little after 5:15pm – no late nights!

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Ranges (based on experience):
* RDH: $48–$55/hr
* DA: $25–$30/hr
* Front Desk: $20–$30/hr
