Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) 4 Days a Week | Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule - Monday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.| Tuesday: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Hourly rate: $48–$55/hr DOE & Benefits: 401(k): 3% match|Health insurance|PTO & Sick time|Paid holidays: 6 after 90 days|Continuing education
Uniform allowance|Parking: Free on-site with charging stations

Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning, and patient education
● Maintain a single-column hygiene schedule (8 patients/day) with 60-minute adult prophy and new-patient visits
● Use Dentrix for charting and DEXIS for radiographs; iTero, Lumina scanner, and Nori software (training provided)
● Ensure instruments are ready and properly sharpened; maintain operatory cleanliness and OSHA/sterilization standards
● Partner with doctors and assistants in treatment planning; share clinical insights and recommendations
● Make productive use of any open time (recall outreach, charting, instrument maintenance, assisting as needed)
● Contribute to daily huddles and proactive team communication to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience

● Experience: 3+ years preferred, but new grads welcome if independent and eager to learn

● Professionalism: Prepared, reliable, OSHA/steri-minded; comfortable with high-maintenance or complex medical patients
● Preferred skills: Nitrous and laser certification and/or local anesthesia (ideal but not required)
