Everest Dental is seeking a professional and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic multi-doctor practice on a part-time basis. Our mission is to enhance our patients' oral health and help them achieve beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care. Your expertise will not only enhance our patients’ oral health but also contribute to their overall well-being. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence and understands the importance of compassionate patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and preventative care treatments.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Assess patients' oral health and provide education on proper dental hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with our experienced team of dentists and specialists to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and health regulations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices using the provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, gloves, and more.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a dental hygienist role, ideally within a general or multi-doctor practice.
- Current state license to practice Dental Hygiene.
- Proficiency in the latest dental hygiene techniques and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to educate patients.
