Dolan Dental is actively seeking a motivated and friendly Front Office Team Member to join our vibrant practice in Warminster, PA. As a leader in comprehensive, cutting-edge dental care, we specialize in transformative cosmetic and implant dentistry services. We are dedicated to creating comfortable, patient-centered experiences that elevate the standard of dental care in our community.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential front office tasks, including managing patient scheduling using Dentrix software, handling insurance claims, and providing excellent customer service to our valued patients. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our dental team will ensure a seamless operation and a positive experience for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting, plus a high school diploma. We offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $27 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, a 401K plan, and FSA/HSA options.
