Full-Time Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our general and PPO practice on a full-time basis. Our dental practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming, supportive, and team-oriented environment. We take pride in creating positive experiences for both our patients and our team members, with a strong emphasis on patient education, comfort, and lasting relationships.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and values professionalism, communication, and teamwork. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience and the confidence to contribute to a positive, efficient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be CPR certified, skilled in local anesthesia, and comfortable using Open Dental. Experience with DEXIS is also valued.

Responsibilities include performing thorough hygiene services such as calculus removal, prophylaxis, ultrasonic scaling, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening, gingivitis screening, and patient recall. This position also includes providing clear and effective patient education, supporting oral health improvement, and helping patients feel informed and at ease throughout their visit. Experience with Oraqix is beneficial.

Our office uses disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to help support a safe clinical environment. We also offer convenient parking in a parking lot for team members. A one-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.

This full-time position follows a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekend hours, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
