RDH Part time

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our full-time team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys providing high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.

Our office is a small group that works together as one team. We make it a priority to support each other in a kind and respectful way while also giving our patients the attentive care they deserve. In this role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you the time to provide thorough, personalized care and education.

The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of general dental hygiene and comfortable working with modern technology and a variety of procedures. Required and preferred experience includes Dentrix, DEXIS, Gendex, intraoral camera use, iTero, Schick, digital X-rays, AACD, fixed prosthodontics, implants, Invisalign, orthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and veneers. A key requirement for this position is the ability to scan with iTero and clearly discuss Invisalign with patients.

We provide the tools and support needed to help you succeed, including goggles, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and washable lab jackets. Our team runs laundry cycles daily during the day to help maintain a clean and efficient environment.

This full-time position includes a 30–60 minute lunch break and free parking for your convenience. Compensation is $75 per hour, along with a strong benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
