Front Office Administrator

Join our vibrant dental practice, where we prioritize building lasting relationships with our valued patients in a warm and authentic environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to join our established team in a full-time capacity. Our practice specializes in General Dentistry and operates with a single doctor in a PPO setting, serving a diverse patient base.

As a Front Office team member, you will be responsible for essential tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling patient records, verifying insurance, and providing treatment planning assistance. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be crucial as you interact with patients and ensure a seamless experience. Familiarity with dental terminology and Eaglesoft is preferred, along with a solid background in office administration.

We offer competitive pay starting at $25 per hour, along with benefits including dental insurance, paid time off, and 401k matching. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, with promptness mandatory. Lunch breaks are provided on an as-needed basis and are paid.
