Patient Care Coordinator

Rocky Mountain Dental Arts is looking for a front office administrator/patient care coordinator to join our amazing team. We are a small private practice in Loveland that strives to provide our patients with the highest quality of comprehensive dental care in a professional, caring and patient centered environment. We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, reliable, outgoing, has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor, effective communication, time management and organizational skills, possess the ability to multitask, and can take direction. Job duties include the following but are not limited to:

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Schedule management and appointment reminders
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the office.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Communicating with dental insurance providers and offices of other dental providers
Verifying insurance, submitting insurance claims, collecting payments, and and other billing tasks
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Working in Dentrix to chart treatments, enter insurance, creating and reviewing financial estimates for patients, managing our Saving Plan
High School education required, bachelors or associates is preferred.

The position is full time, and four days a week.
