Hygienist

A well-established general dental practice is seeking a dependable, patient-focused dental professional to join our team in a full-time role. This opportunity is available due to the retirement of a valued team member, creating a chance to step into a respected position with an active and loyal patient base.

Our practice has served the community for over 30 years and cares for more than 2,000 active patients. Many of our patients have trusted us for decades, and it is not uncommon to care for multiple generations of the same family in a single week. We are proud to provide compassionate, accessible care through financing and payment plans for patients who may not have dental insurance. As part of our team, you will be supported by an understanding office culture and flexible hours designed to help balance professional and family life.

This role involves seeing one patient at a time and typically spending 45 minutes with each patient, allowing you to focus on quality care and meaningful patient interaction. Responsibilities include delivering thorough preventive services, supporting patient education, and contributing to a positive and efficient clinical environment. Experience with Zoom whitening is a plus, though not required. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate ready to grow in a general dentistry setting.

We value the safety and comfort of both patients and staff. Personal protective equipment provided includes face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additional workplace conveniences include on-site parking and a 1.5-hour paid lunch break.

Compensation for this position is $50/hour, along with PTO. The schedule includes one full day and one half day per week, plus two Saturday mornings each month.
