We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Professional to join our fast-paced dental office. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring a positive experience for our patients across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, Multi-Specialty, Single Doctor practices, PPO, and Endodontics.
In this full-time position, you will utilize your strong customer service skills to manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and facilitate billing and treatment planning. Your experience in dental charting, interpreting X-rays, and knowledge of ADA codes and insurance verification will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow. Proficiency in Dentrix, Carestream, DEXIS, and Digital Radiography/X-Rays is required.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting, who possesses the ability to read people and provide exceptional patient care. Parking options include street or paid parking garage.
