Customer Service Expert / Treatment Plan Coordinator

We’re looking for a Dental Customer Service Expert who has strong communication skills and comfortable discussing treatment and finances. Your primary role will be as our Treatment Plan Coordinator, helping patients understand their care, presenting financial options, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll also help with front desk duties: answering phones, greeting patients, and keeping our day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including costs and financing options

Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/out

Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Invisalign Case Coordinator

Maintain a polished, professional, and friendly reception area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service or sales background

Ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically

Proficiency in Dentrix dental software

Highly organized, detail-oriented

PVDG is a small but growing private practice. 2 dentists and 2 FT hygienists, 1 PT. Patients are scheduled from 8-12, 1-5; with appropriate time allowed for providers to stay on schedule. Friendly work environment with good service and high quality dentistry provided for our patients. Healthy combination of new patients, prophy recalls and SRPs.
