Job Opportunity: Part-Time/Full Time Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a warm and welcoming dental practice. As a vital member of our staff, you will play an essential role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients while delivering high-quality dental hygiene care.

Our practice, which has been proudly serving the community for over 19 years, focuses on providing gentle, family-oriented dental care to both adults and children. We emphasize the importance of patient comfort and utilize the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment options. Our team works collaboratively to foster a comprehensive approach to preventive dentistry, partnering with specialists in Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Orthodontics to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Typical Schedule:
Monday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We would ideally like to hire a full-time candidate, but we are also open to considering part-time availability as well.

Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly rate for this role is $47–$55/hour, depending on experience.
Full-time candidates are eligible for benefits including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene assessments including charting and periodontal measurements.
- Clean teeth and perform preventative care such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health care, oral hygiene techniques, and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with the sterilization of instruments and equipment using the best techniques available.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.
- Adaptability to new technologies and procedures.
