Associate Dentist

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused dentist to join a growing practice serving both general and private patients. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in general dentistry procedures and diagnosis. Responsibilities include comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, composite and amalgam restorations, root canal therapy, and extractions. Experience with digital X-rays and dental technology is important, along with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail. You should also be comfortable educating patients about treatment options and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Excellent communication skills and a professional chairside manner are essential. This role requires the ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment. Collaboration with clinical and support staff is a key part of the position, and the right candidate will be someone who supports a positive patient experience while maintaining high standards of care.

This full-time position includes a 30-minute lunch break and offers PTO and sick pay. Compensation is 30% of doctor’s production. The office provides a dedicated parking lot for convenience, and safety is supported through access to disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
