We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our passionate team in a thriving general dental practice. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care, and we are looking for a professional who is committed to improving patients’ oral health and enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis, ensuring that patients maintain optimal oral hygiene.
- Conduct oral assessments, including taking and reviewing patient histories, charting dental conditions, and identifying areas for potential improvement.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.
- Sterilize dental instruments and maintain cleanliness and safety within the practice.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a general practice setting is preferred.
- Valid dental hygiene license in the state you practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate and positive attitude towards patient care.
